Features of Laboratory Glassware Washer and dryer

The laboratory dishwasher of YK Scientific Instrument is equipped with a High-efficient cleaning system,  which a European reliable pump, optimized spray arm and nozzles, and a self-cleaning program. Our lab glassware washers also have a Rapid and efficient drying system, which is designed with an independent air heater, HEPA filter, and drying process.

Safety protection

Electronic security door lock to prevent unexpected door opening, water & drying air temperature dual control and the laboratory glassware washer is equipped with an emergency switch. Laboratory dishwasher failure protection device with a visual and audible alarm.

Standard Washing Procedure

Pre-cleaning→Washing with cleaner→Rinse→Washing with neutralization→Rinse→Washing with hot water→Drying.

And the procedure can be self-designed by the user.

Glassware washing machines are the perfect choice to wash and disinfect all instruments including laboratory glassware. Glassware Washers are designed to wash and dry narrow-neck and general purpose labware. There are several types of laboratory glassware washers/dryers, such as undercounter, freestanding (also known as floor models), and portable types.


The physical layout of your laboratory will influence the styles and designs of the glassware washer you should purchase. If you have a large space, then a single or double door washer will be optimal, especially if you have large amounts of lab glassware to clean. However, if space is limited, consider an under-counter glassware washer. This is a more compact design that takes up less space – but typically has a more limited capacity.
